Position Overview We are hiring a Soft Goods Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and manage restoration crews. This front‑line management role leads the team to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, to provide service on active projects. Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets. Operate the Esporta soft goods cleaning machine. Manage and oversee the entire soft goods restoration division. Additional Responsibilities Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, tracked with online reviews. Provide priority response to potential customers. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Position Requirements Valid driver’s license. High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience. At least 3 years of industry experience. Previous experience in soft goods (e.g., dry cleaner or laundry mat manager, or soft goods delivery and pickup companies) is a plus. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
