Auto Body Technician

Body Shop TechnicianM&L CDJR Collision Center is the premier collision center in the greater Triad area. Due to tremendous growth we are in need of a Body Shop Technician. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.The Body Shop Technician will perform all frame, metal repairs and interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles consigned to the Body Shop.Job ResponsibilitiesOperating knowledge in measuring systemsDiagnose and repair unibody structural damageDiagnose and repair full frame vehiclesReplace body panelsRepair body panelsReplace damaged wiring harnesses, or reinstall harnesses after body repairRemove and reinstall interiorsAttend weekly department meetingsMaintain clean work areaEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
