Clinical Support Coordinator Operating Room

Job Summary and Qualifications As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will be a trusted clinical mentor who helps new graduate nurses and nurses moving into new specialties understand their roles, grow their clinical skills, and deliver safe, quality care. You will round on units, coach in real‑time, guide skill development, and support nurse growth.
