Competitive base salary Bonus potential tied to firm and individual success 401(k) plan Medical insurance Additional benefits consistent with peer firms Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters with increasing autonomy while collaborating closely with partners and fellow associates Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise pleadings, motions, and memoranda Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Manage and prioritize multiple matters while meeting deadlines Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Contribute thoughtfully to case strategy and overall litigation planning Qualifications Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas Civil litigation experience required; Texas state court experience preferred Strong academic background; law school GPA must be included on resume Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Strategic, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
