Registered Nurse - Post Surgical PACU

Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational competencies. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care. Address diverse patient needs, including mental health, emotional, and social aspects. Administer medications and treatments using approved protocols, monitoring for side effects. Maintain thorough documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Qualifications & Skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in the state of practice or via a compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required within specified timeframes. Experience in perioperative settings or similar clinical areas is advantageous. Additional Requirements New hires must complete organizational orientation and competency validations.
