We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for our Client in Hiram. This position offers an excellent work environment, opportunity for growth and advancement.
This position pays $22.00 per hour, and hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm or 4:00pm.
This position requires supporting the department, responding to inquiries, and working with other departments to resolve issues and problems.
This position is in-office Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- SAP and MS Excel experience is necessary.
- 2 years plus experience in Manufacturing is necessary.
- Invoice processing and account reconciliations.
- Customer billing and payment processing experience
- Experience supporting month-end closing activities.
- Ability to research and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Checking invoices for purchase orders and printing all a/p reports
- Freight bills
- Credit card processing.
- Assist in monthly closing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Clerical responsibilities include relieving Reception for lunch and breaks, filing, and phones.**
