Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive and healing environment. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to challenging problems concerning well‑being. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate and innovative care.
