In this hybrid role, you will report to one of our People Business Partners.

You will:

• Drive systemic resolution : Identify root causes of issues and build programs or custom solutions to fix them permanently, rather than just solving individual tickets.
• Lead program enablement : Lead the rollout of new initiatives (e.g. ACED Performance Reviews, Compensation Planning) for your function, ensuring rigor, accuracy, and consistency.
• Coach managers : Coach experienced managers through crucial and tough conversations, performance management friction, and team development.
• Act as a trusted interface : Serve as the senior "face of HR" for critical manager populations, acting as the primary escalation point for sensitive issues and high-stakes relationship management.
• Generate People insights : Feed ground intelligence on culture and sentiment to senior leaders and People Business Partners to inform broader strategy.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Business Partnering.
• Deep experience coaching managers through complex people challenges, including performance management and employee relations.
• Strong operational excellence with a track record of leading complex cycles (e.g. Performance, Compensation) with high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret survey data and sentiment analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Ability to build trust quickly with managers and employees across all levels of the organization.

We prefer:

• Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Certification in coaching or mediation.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
