Youth Housing Coach: Empowerment & Independence

HeartShare seeks a Coach for its Young Adult Supportive Housing program in New York. Under supervision, you will coach vulnerable youths, help them access housing, benefits and services, and build independent living skills. You will organize with a team to meet basic needs and support goals while fostering resiliency and self-advocacy.
