HeartShare Human Services of New York is seeking a Success Coach for the American Dream Coaching Program. The Coach will provide quality, data-driven, individualized educational, employment, and housing support to high school graduates and youth in college who are currently or formerly in foster care. The role is full-time, based in Brooklyn with travel across boroughs.
