Assistant Technical Designer We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Technical Designer to support the Technical Design team in the development and production of multiple categories and divisions. Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining production tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and grading. Support fit sessions by preparing samples and processing fit comments. Measure fit, pre-production, and top of production samples to ensure compliance with approved specifications. Communicate fit corrections and construction revisions to overseas factories and vendors. Track sample status and manage timelines to meet development and production calendars. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Sales teams. Organize, box, and file samples for the season. Qualifications Associate or Bachelors degree in Technical Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years’ experience in technical design, preferably in knitwear or sweaters. Strong ability to measure garments quickly and accurately. A basic understanding of sweater construction, knit structures, and yarn properties. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to read and interpret spec sheets and grading rules. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
