Senior Financial Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Financial Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities Plans and directs accounting and insurance activities for a branch or department within the organization. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate the resolution of complex financial issues with senior stakeholders. Validate technical financial artifacts and ensure adherence to established fiscal procedures and regulations. Leads the day-to-day execution of the program's financial management plan and oversees the tracking of project-specific budgets. Authorize the consolidation of financial data to inform senior-level decision-making regarding resource utilization. Manage the implementation of financial process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance the accuracy of fiscal reporting. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field 10+ years of position relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license Background in DOD financial management and FAR compliance. Clearance Requirement Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
