Company: Black & Veatch Family of Companies Opportunity Type: Staff Full Time: Yes Relocation eligible: No Visa Sponsorship: No The Opportunity As the Senior Pursuit Coordinator, you will manage pursuit efforts and coordinate teams to deliver high quality proposals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pursuits of moderate complexity Follow internal governance for pursuits Responsible for submission of all pursuit document deliverables Support pre‑proposal activities (SOQs, resumes, project sheets, org charts, qualification repository) Lead and schedule pursuit team meetings and review processes Coordinate all pursuit content: drafting tailored non‑technical material, coordinating technical and subcontractor content Assist technical staff with developing content in alignment with identified approach/strategy Format and create polished proposal deliverables within brand standards Manage multiple pursuit efforts concurrently with quick turnaround times Support client questionnaires and RFI/RFQs independently Develop interview presentations and associated handouts Coordinate graphics development Download and share RFP/bid documents from client portals Submit pursuit deliverables on client portals Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field Technical writing ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Intermediate InDesign knowledge Knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce programs Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years related experience Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements Compensation Salary ranges by state or jurisdiction: California: $69,184 - $117,312 Colorado: $66,176 - $99,264 Illinois: $66,176 - $99,264 Massachusetts: $72,192 - $108,288 Minnesota: $63,168 - $94,752 Benefits Health care benefits, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, flexible work schedules, disability and robust wellness program, tuition reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, vendor discounts, employee referral program, AD&D insurance, pre‑taxed accounts, voluntary legal plan, B&V Credit Union membership, performance‑based bonus program.
