• Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse set of contracts
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures
• Briefs management on budgetary matters
• Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries
• Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget
• Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience AND
• Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis

Other Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience; namely NetSuite
• Ability to manage confidential information with high level of integrity and discretion
• Inquisitive, analytical and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to clear the required background check

• Bachelor's degree required

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. We anticipate this position will pay around $29.26 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Workspend. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
