$150k - $200k salary + comprehensive package + sign on bonus +relocation bonus (if required)

A well-established Leading MEP contractor is looking for experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers to lead major commercial and industrial construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of large-scale projects, joining a growing business with a strong project pipeline and genuine opportunities for career progression.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial project management experience
  * Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise
  * Experience managing MEP projects or scopes valued at $10M+
  * Strong knowledge of project financials, labor and procurement
  * Proven leadership and client-management skills
  * OSHA 30 certification preferred
