Job PostingTeam members contribute to the success of Coffee Action West by preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Team members will always maintain an environment that promotes Coffee Action West's guiding principles.Primary responsibilities include:Following Dunkin' Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollowing food safety standardsPreparing food and beveragesAssembling and packaging orders and serving to guestsUnderstanding the restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and being able to answer guest questionsMaintaining a clean and organized workstationCleaning equipment and guest areasStocking items such as cups, lids, etc. at workstationTaking orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handling paymentsFollowing speed of service standardsServing and communicating with guestsMaintaining a guest focused culture in the restaurantCommunicating effectively with managers and coworkersMaintaining organized stockroom and refrigerated areasRequired skills and experience include:Working well with others in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrating honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeBeing guest focusedProblem solvingPhysical demands/working conditions include:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)Wearing a headsetWorking in a small spaceCompany IntroductionFounded in 1950, Dunkin' is America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods.
