Position Details

• Location: Ulysses, KS (67880)
• Schedule: 7a - 5p 2-3 days per week
• Client Specifics: 18-year old with a g-tube and a trach
• Shift Differentials of $2 for Nights & $2 for Weekends

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
