We are the corporate Pharmacy for Texas Health where we process patient and employee prescriptions. We have several ongoing projects, including Specialty Pharmacy that is new. This is to be able to better serve our patients by meeting them where they are, so come join us from the beginning! Candidate will complete prescription data entry & filling process along with selling the prescription through point of sale and arranging delivery/shipping to patient. This position requires the ability to perform essential duties such as lifting, standing, walking and moving equipment for the duration of the shift.QualificationsHere's What You Need: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; RPhT - Registered Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire required; Sterile IV Certification highly preferred; 2 years of previous Retail Pharmacy experience highly preferred; Proficiency in written and verbal English language, computers, the ability to adapt to various software systems, and basic math including conversions, proportions, ratios, and algebra. The ability to work alone and as part of a team. Ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, and other documentation. Ongoing professional development and growth, leads by example, perpetuates accountability, manages own time.
