I’ve been a State Farm agent for over 34 years and have proudly called Freehold home for the past 24. Outside the office, I’m an avid adventurer who loves golfing, cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors in every season. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Hocker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
