Entry-Level Peer Recovery Specialist — Transform Lives

Gateway Foundation Outpatient Drug Rehab Center in Joliet, IL is hiring a peer recovery specialist to support individuals with substance use disorders. The role involves maintaining caseloads, developing recovery plans, and delivering 20–25 hours of direct peer support weekly, across in-person and remote formats.
