These are the qualifications that matter:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive administrative and data-processing tasks with accuracy
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work on a computer throughout the day
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays when required
• College degree, certification, or experience in the automotive, titling, or finance industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Process and review documents accurately in a high-volume production environment
• Enter, update, and maintain information within company systems and databases
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing
• Organize, prioritize, and manage daily workloads to meet production goals and deadlines
• Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company procedures and standards
• Support department operations and assist with special projects as assigned
• Follow established processes and quality standards while meeting productivity expectations
