Emergency Veterinarian

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join Veterinary Specialty Hospital – North County (VSHNC) in San Marcos, California. Why Join Us? Position Details Qualifications: Internship‑trained or 2–3years of ER experience. Compensation: Base salary $195,000 with 25% production for 13 shifts/month OR base salary $150,000 with 25% production for 10 shifts/month. Choose what works best. Overnight stipend $500 per shift. Shifts: Standard 13‑hour shifts. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off (including sick time).
