Position Details Start: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Holidays required Call rotation required Floating to multiple locations for surgical duties is required Unit Information Number of OR/Endo Beds: 3 Patient Ratio: 1:1 Scope of Role: Circulating Duties Call Requirements: Rotation / Sign Up EMR: Cerner/Surginet Scrubs Provided Blackout RTO: No holidays Responsibilities The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for the following: Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies for surgical procedures Maintaining timely flow of surgical cases Communicating effectively with patients' families Updating physician preference cards as necessary Scrubbing and assisting surgeons during surgical procedures Supervising personnel delivering patient care within the surgical setting Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role required Current RN license in the applicable state Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thrive Staffing Job ID 19023099.
