It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience.This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. Global Supply Chain TrackThe Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain PMA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling. Support From Leaders• Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship• Immediate exposure to senior leadership• Informal and formal feedbackDevelopmental Programs• Intensive three-week onboarding program• Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations• Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the programPost-Program PlacementUpon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC.
