Payments Rails Product Delivery Executive Director

Drive payments platforms modernization and expansion through high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation. You will lead strategic programs that deliver new products, operating models, and governance practices that enable AI-ready solutions. You will partner closely with product and technology teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable execution. This role offers broad visibility, complex problem-solving, and the opportunity to influence the future of payments platforms.As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Rails, you will lead key business and technology transformation programs that modernize platforms and product solutions. You will manage large, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation, including planning, requirements, delivery governance, and go-live readiness. You will partner with product and technology teams and stakeholder groups across business and corporate functions to drive outcomes aligned to the data roadmap. You will define success measures, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear executive-level reporting on progress and results.You will operate in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment where influence, structured execution, and clear communication are essential. You will build alignment across diverse stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, and ensure delivery teams remain focused on timelines, scope, and quality. You will also coach team members and strengthen program execution practices to improve delivery predictability and stakeholder experience.Job responsibilitiesDirects principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationOwns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsMaintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersCoaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficienciesBuild business cases for strategic programs and support funding requests aligned to the roadmapCommunicate roadmap priorities, trade-offs, and delivery status to key stakeholders and senior leadersEstablish governance forums to drive decisions, maintain alignment, and ensure effective stakeholder engagementCoordinate cross-functional delivery teams and drive accountability for agreed outcomes and timelinesIdentify risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks early and escalate when needed with clear options and impactsDefine program success measures and metrics aligned to organizational goals and report progress through actionable insightsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldExtensive experience leading operational management and change readinessExperience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategiesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to manage tight delivery timelines while maintaining strong control of scope, risks, and dependenciesDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadershipStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and succinctlyProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and AI ToolingPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldExperience in data, analytics, and/or digital product delivery within large-scale organizationsExposure to modern data platforms and/or data architecture conceptsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degreeExperience facilitating structured workshops to drive alignment, decisions, and outcomes JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
