Payments Liquidity Product Manager VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We want 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management, product development, or a related domain.
• We expect advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• We need proven experience leading product lifecycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• We value experience working effectively in cross-functional agile teams across product, technology, and operations to deliver complex change programs with multiple stakeholders.
• We require the ability to define, track, and improve product success metrics, including reliability, resiliency, risk posture, cost, and client outcomes.
• We look for strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to structure narratives and align senior stakeholders on decisions.
• Preferred: experience in a highly matrixed, complex, global organization across regions and lines of business.
• Preferred: familiarity with liquidity, cash management, account or escrow products, wholesale payments, or platform modernization.

• We develop product strategy and vision that deliver customer value and support our Liquidity & Account Solutions transformation priorities.
• We lead discovery, market research, and stakeholder conversations to identify customer needs, product opportunities, and roadmap inputs.
• We own, maintain, and expand the product backlog to support agile delivery, strategic goals, capability gaps, and the value proposition.
• We drive execution of key program milestones by partnering with product, technology, operations, and functional teams across regions and lines of business.
• We establish the framework for product success measures and monitor outcomes such as cost, functionality, risk, reliability, resilience, and client experience.
• We prepare and present commercial cases to prioritize work, assess commercial and operational viability, and support revenue growth decisions.
• We contribute to the evolution of the operating model, data analytics capability, and governance across the product suite and platform.
• We build a strong understanding of the Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure, including revenue drivers, capability gaps, and business priorities.
• We cultivate relationships with stakeholders across regions to drive successful delivery outcomes.
