Product Manager, Payments Sales VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related function, with growing accountability for complex, enterprise-scale products.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization in large, regulated, or data-intensive settings.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, UX, and business groups.
• Practical familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products, with the ability to turn emerging capabilities into customer- and business-focused solutions; deep technical expertise is not required.
• Proven ability to define success measures, assess business impact, and make data-informed tradeoffs.
• Experience working in managed-risk or regulated environments, including partnership with legal, compliance, and control functions.
• Strong executive communication and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and evolving technology landscapes.

• Set the product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences, using agentic AI, analytics, and automation to drive differentiation, scale, and business impact.
• Partner with Design, Product, Data, and Technology leadership to identify, prioritize, and fund high-value opportunities aligned to customer needs, market changes, and our firm strategy.
• Own end-to-end product accountability, including upstream and downstream impacts across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Lead product discovery and insight generation through user research, journey mapping, experimentation, and market analysis to shape a forward-looking, AI-enabled roadmap.
• Define and track product success metrics such as adoption, automation, cycle time, revenue enablement, and operational efficiency, then use the insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
• Drive execution excellence by ensuring clear problem definition and close collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Champion responsible AI practices, including governance, risk management, and transparency as capabilities mature and scale.
• Develop and mentor product managers, setting high standards for product thinking, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a senior, executive-facing product leader, communicating strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity and credibility.
