Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote patient health and recovery. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. This role demands a compassionate approach to patient interaction, ensuring emotional support and education for patients and their families. Ultimately, your work will contribute significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care. Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome Experienced RN is preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association For Full Time, What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
