Product Knowledge Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for an Acura Product Knowledge Specialist to assist our clients with their new vehicles. You will assist our Sales and Service Teams when clients have questions on any of our Acura models. We're looking for candidates who have great attitudes, a strong work ethic, and clean driving records. Bi‑lingual abilities are a benefit in our diverse community. Hours include nights and weekends. Responsibilities Become an expert on the Acura product Present features and benefits to clients Take demonstration drives with clients Assist in locating vehicles Deliver and ensure each customer has every question answered Perform administrative work to assist Managers with phone calls, email, and mail Utilize computer skills as a plus Compensation Wages: $16.00/hour. Base hourly compensation range $16.00–$17.00.
