You'll be an important part of the day-to-day patient experience and help keep the clinic running smoothly as our Spravato program continues to grow.What You'll DoWelcome patients and manage the in-clinic patient experienceCoordinate Spravato treatment appointments and ongoing schedulingHelp onboard new patients and guide them through the treatment processCommunicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and treatment logisticsWork closely with our psychiatrists, NPs/PAs, and administrative teamCoordinate with specialty pharmacies and outside partners when neededAssist with medication delivery, organization, and inventory trackingSupport insurance and prior-authorization coordination with our administrative teamsRespond to patient calls and messagesMaintain accurate patient and scheduling informationHelp keep the treatment center organized, comfortable, and patient-friendlySupport day-to-day clinic operations as the White Plains center growsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailWarm and professional with patientsReliable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilitiesAble to manage multiple priorities in a busy outpatient environmentComfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic health recordsAble to work collaboratively with physicians and other clinical providersExperience in a medical office, behavioral health practice, psychiatry practice, infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or other outpatient healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Experience with Spravato, specialty medications, insurance verification, or prior authorizations is a plus.Schedule & CompensationEmployment: Full-TimeLocation: White Plains, NY – In PersonCompensation: $23–$25/hourSchedule: Full-time; specific schedule to be determinedAbout Aurora WellnessAurora Wellness is a growing outpatient psychiatric practice providing medication management, therapy, telepsychiatry, and interventional psychiatric care.We're building a modern approach to mental healthcare that combines strong clinical care with an exceptional patient experience.
