Environment and Natural Resources Associate, Senior Level

Senior Associate – Environmental Transactions Denver office of the firm is seeking a senior associate to play a lead role in a sophisticated environmental transactions practice that advises on high‑profile, high‑value deals across the country and across diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment. Responsibilities Conduct diligence on the environmental aspects of transactions. Prepare diligence reports. Draft environmental provisions of M&A agreements. Advise clients on potential environmental risks and mitigation strategies. Qualifications 5 to 9 years of environmental transactions experience, preferably at a large law firm. Strong writing and interpersonal skills, and academic credentials. Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Member of the Bar in the United States. Compensation Base salary range $365,000 to $420,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonuses, discretionary bonuses, relocation reimbursement, and benefits.
