Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Responsibilities Serve as Project Manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects, including treatment plants, transmission mains, booster stations, sewers, force mains, pump stations, and master plans Manage selected projects to meet success goals, oversee other engineers, and establish goals and budgets with office and business leaders Lead business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management to create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process Assist business development leaders in Indiana to develop SOQ's and participate in client interviews, where necessary Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects Actively lead and participate in project delivery to deliver work on schedule and budget Support development of strong client relationships with existing and prospective clients Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Indiana or ability to register through reciprocity 8+ years of related water/wastewater experience Excellent communication skills Prior Project Management experience a plus Experience with design delivery and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment Self‑motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, marital status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
