Global Medical Affairs Leader, Autoantibody

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Medical Affairs Leader for Autoantibody to direct clinical-commercial strategy and lifecycle management for nipocalimab within the Immunology team. The director-level role, based in Horsham, PA, involves developing global medical affairs strategies, publication plans, and opinion leader engagement across regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop medical affairs strategy and plans aligned with global objectives and regional priorities
- Lead global publication planning, KOL communications, and speaker development programs
- Oversee internal training strategies for global and regional medical affairs and market access teams
- Direct opinion leader relations and therapeutic area advisory boards
- Ensure compliance with J&J healthcare compliance principles across all global activities
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience in medical/clinical or scientific roles
- Medical Affairs experience required
- Global medical affairs experience highly preferred
- Immunology, autoantibody disease, or rare disease expertise highly preferred
- Product launch experience highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in matrix environments with global complexity
