Business Development Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Business Development Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time, Waukegan, IL Manuel Torres State Farm is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Representative to build relationships, help customers, and grow income potential. What You’ll Do Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market State Farm insurance products. Build lasting relationships with clients to help them protect what matters most. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where success is celebrated. Receive hands‑on training and coaching from an experienced agent. What We’re Looking For Bilingual (Spanish/English) – fluent in both languages. Sales‑driven, money‑motivated, energetic personality. Coachable and driven, with a desire for professional growth. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required – training provided. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission and bonuses – $17.00 – $19.00 per hour. Ongoing training and career development. Positive, supportive, and high‑performance culture.
