Your Impactful Responsibilities Architect Experiences: Drive the planning process for multi-channel projects, including live experiential events, digital customer journeys, and video production, from initial concept to completion. Optimize Execution: Manage event elements meticulously, overseeing venue management, audio/visual technology, food and beverage, accommodations, and budget management. Build Partnerships: Cultivate effective professional relationships with key internal stakeholders, business units, and vendors to negotiate contracts and mitigate risks. Ensure Excellence: Oversee onsite attendee health, safety, and live travel status, while developing lessons learned to continuously improve future meetings. Essential Qualifications for Success 1 to 3 years of proven experience in meeting and event planning. Proficiency in CVENT, virtual event platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
