In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating beautiful, functional landscapes that reflect our commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesAssist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appealOperate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively for landscape projectsPerform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and growthSupport irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering schedulesConduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for customers and staffMaintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls with proper care and upkeepCollaborate with team members on construction projects involving landscaping or site improvementsRequirementsMechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and toolsExperience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferredAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safelyBasic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniquesKnowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruningFamiliarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plusAbility to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanshipJoin us in transforming outdoor spaces while building your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment!
