We're looking for a caring and dependable Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. As a QMAP, you'll play an important role in helping our residents maintain their health, independence, and quality of life by safely administering medications while providing compassionate personal care and support.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with Colorado QMAP regulations and physician orders.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as needed.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately and timely.
• Promote resident independence while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow all community policies, infection prevention practices, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
