Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 base with opportunity to earn up to $100,000 with a "bonus" structure in place

$60,000 yearly base plus bonus

What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultation follow-ups and guide prospects toward engagement
• Clearly communicate the value of estate planning, elder law, and long-term care planning services
• Build trust through empathetic, confident, and consultative conversations
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text in a structured, consistent manner
• Track leads, conversions, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and the intake team to ensure a seamless client journey
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and client experience

• Clients who feel heard, supported, and confident in their decision
• Consistent, proactive follow-up with every qualified lead
• Strong collaboration with the legal team
• A measurable impact on firm growth and client satisfaction

Who You Are

You are not just a salesperson, you are a trusted guide .

Qualifications:

• Have 3+ years of sales, intake, or client conversion experience (professional services preferred)
• Excel at consultative sales , not transactional selling
• Know how to balance empathy with confidence
• Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally, even in emotional conversations
• Are highly organized and consistent with follow-up
• Take ownership of your pipeline and results
• Thrive in an environment where the quality of conversation matters more than quantity

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, or estate planning
• CRM experience (Clio, Smokeball, or similar)
• A background in intake or client experience roles in a law firm
