Job Description

• 
  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  
  



• 
  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
  



• 
  Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
  
  



• 
  Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  
  



• 
  Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
  



• 
  Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  
  



• 
  Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have:

  Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
