Are you an experienced Sales Manager / Leads Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity?

Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows your strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and need accountability for goals.

Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence.

You’ll join a great team of people here. We’re all looking to you for coaching, leadership, and support to help us hit our sales goals!

$91,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Give creative ideas for marketing purposes
Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets
Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
Oversee market research to remain competitive
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team

Qualifications:

Proven organizational and planning ability
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead
Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

Our team is sales-trained within the Sandler Sales Institute. Ongoing, consistent skill-building, sales training, and personal growth are critical to the success of our team.
