Position Overview Seeking a Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain Recovery Health Center. Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week M-F 8:30a - 5:30p Location: 3540 E. Baseline Rd. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co‑workers, members, families, and other community members Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions Basic understanding of the DSM‑V preferred Certified Case Manager strongly preferred Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening. Must pass a typing assessment with a speed of at least 25 wpm.
