Endpoint Support Technician II - IT Troubleshooter
Stifel
Stifel is seeking an IT Technician II to perform technical troubleshooting, diagnose root causes, and document incidents in the data center environment. You will provide hardware and software support across the organization and act as a first responder to alerts and escalations. Ideal candidates have experience with Windows troubleshooting, IT monitoring tools, and Helpdesk ticketing systems, with strong communication and documentation skills.
