IT Support Technician II: Access & Network Helpdesk
Dallas Independent School District
Dallas Independent School District is seeking an IT Client Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance to DISD central staff, campuses, and students. You will troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and network issues, and contribute to the knowledge base. You will escalate Tier 2 LAN/WAN problems, support SSO/MFA/VPN access, assist with district software and VPN clients, and ensure service levels and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced educational environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dallas Independent School District
