BOOST is helping our client; Sedna Digital Solutions (Sedna) find a Facility Manager.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our collaborative and mission focused team. The Facility Manager will oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, space management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and secure operations across company locations. Job Responsibilities:

• Focused on building operations, maintenance, and project execution in a sensitive environment supporting electromechanical assembly, light manufacturing, and warehousing
• Managing process improvements, cost reductions, plant/facilities rearrangement, and production support requirements.
• Coordinating renovations and building maintenance projects.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinating with security, vendors, and contractors for projects and moves.
• Negotiating vendor contracts and maintaining relationships with building owners and other partners
• Communicating facility updates and responding to emergencies

Basic Qualifications:

• Proactive Leader: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, organize and prioritize critical mission essential tasks.
• Demonstrated experience with safety and compliance. Enforcing OSHA, building codes, and corporate safety policies.
• Effective project and maintenance management. Experience coordinating renovations, project management schedules, and vendor work on schedule and at cost.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance Requirement: The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
• Location (100% Onsite): 10611 Balls Ford Road, Suite 300 Manassas, VA 20109
• Education: Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience. Strong project coordination and compliance skills.
• Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years of related progressive professional experience in facility management and/or production operations, or related experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually

All salary ranges dependent on relevant experience and demonstrated performance executing similar work scope.
