Regulatory Compliance Manager

Enabling innovation and accelerating product launches, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Manager will embed regulatory compliance into the product development process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, market-ready bread, in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with R&D, quality/food safety, marketing, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance from product concept through launch Own and approve ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and Nutrition Facts Panels for all products Lead regulatory review and approval of packaging artwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labeling regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field A minimum of 7 years of experience in food regulatory affairs and labeling compliance within CPG Strong knowledge of FDA, FSMA, USDA, NLEA, FALCPA, and food labeling regulations Proven experience leading regulatory reviews of packaging artwork Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality
