The position involves a 30-hour workweek, primarily during first shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or similar schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Perform IV compounding with adherence to USP 797 and 800 standards
