More about our team The PACU offers care with a patient ratio of either 1:2 or 1:1, depending on whether patients are ICU or pediatric cases. The unit includes between 6 and 8 PACU bays, and staff are required to hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Both inpatient and outpatient cases are managed within the PACU. How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role:

• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
• Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
• Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
