Contracts Manager Work location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid work setting - 3 days in office) Contract Duration: 3 months with extension potential Contract Type: W2 through staffing supplier Visa Sponsorship: Not provided We are hiring a senior Contracts Manager to support North America customer agreements in a fast‑paced telecommunications and technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage the full contract lifecycle, identify contractual risk, and partner effectively with legal, sales, bid, finance, and other business teams. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on commercial agreements, service agreements, NDAs, government‑related contracts, and other customer‑facing documents. The right person will be comfortable reviewing and negotiating contract language, supporting internal stakeholders, tracking milestones and renewals, and maintaining accurate contract records in business systems. What you'll do Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and redlining through execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout. Prepare contractual documents using approved templates and standard contracting practices. Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial and non‑disclosure agreements. Identify, assess, and help mitigate contractual risk in partnership with legal and business stakeholders. Serve as a key point of contact for contract‑related matters across legal, finance, sales, bid, and delivery teams. Track obligations, milestones, amendments, renewals, and contract status to ensure timely follow‑through. Maintain accurate contract data, records, and documentation in contract systems and internal databases. Support reporting on contract performance, status, and risk exposure. Review invoicing alignment against contract terms and help flag abnormalities or compliance issues. Assist with scope of work language and related documentation where needed. What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or a closely related role. Strong experience handling the full contract lifecycle for commercial or customer‑facing agreements. Background in telecommunications, IT, technology services, or another complex commercial environment. Proven ability to read, interpret, redline, and negotiate contract language with confidence. Strong understanding of contract risk areas such as indemnity, limitation of liability, cybersecurity/data protection, liquidated damages, termination rights, and related commercial terms. Experience working cross‑functionally with legal, sales, bid, finance, and business teams. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and Salesforce. Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including redlining, formatting, styles, appendices, and document cleanup. Nice to have Experience with airport, airline, aviation, or transportation‑related agreements. Experience with public sector, government, or public procurement contracts.
