Behavioral Health RN Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to adult and geriatric patients in a supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about mental health and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and behaviors
• Engage in therapeutic communication with patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Schedule

This position offers a night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36. Weekend hours are required as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
