Manage Bookings: Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations.

Solve Problems: Listen to customer complaints and find fast, polite solutions.

Coordinate Work: Coordinate appointments and meeting in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Speak and write clearly with a polite, friendly tone.
• Multitasking: Handle phone calls, computer work, and waiting guests at the same time.
• Computer Literacy: Know how to use booking software, spreadsheets, and office programs.
• Patience: Stay calm and kind during busy or stressful moments.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with past customer service experience preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
